Working one on one with one of our exceptional certified personal trainers allows us to focus 100% of our efforts towards your unique goals be they fat loss, target body parts, sports performance, working with injuries or its your first foray into fitness. Personal training works around your schedule and needs with a combination of concentrated fitness and nutrition coaching where each word and exercise is designed specifically for you. Personal Intro Session
To test out the personal coach we have matched you with and get a feel for what its like to train at our beautiful studio under Unite’s Heart.Muscle.Mind philosophy we offer a $30 Personal Intro Session. During your intro session the coach will do some basic assessments, discuss your goals/background, go through an initial workout and then discuss a recommended approach for a training plan. No commitments to packages until you are sure this is the best trainer for you.
